Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening by reviewing applications and CVs to identify suitable profiles.

- Generate and deliver progress reports to recruitment teams, highlighting candidate pipeline status and hiring metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment support, HR administration, or similar roles, preferably in remote settings.
- Proficiency with ATS software and common remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a part-time remote work schedule.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and professionalism in a virtual environment.
