Cisco Network Engineer – Cisco Work From Home

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure Cisco networking infrastructures to support the company’s remote operations.
- Provide remote network support and troubleshooting for VPNs, routers, switches, and firewalls to maintain high uptime and performance.
- Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying issues and applying solutions according to best practices.
- Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to deploy and upgrade Cisco network technologies keeping systems aligned with business needs.
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures ensuring compliance with company standards and remote working protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cisco Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in Cisco network products, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Possession of key certifications such as CCNA and/or CCNP is required; additional Cisco or cloud networking certifications advantageous.
- Strong skills in network troubleshooting, VPN management, and remote network support within an IT infrastructure environment.
- Comfort and experience working in a remote setup with excellent self-management and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of cloud networking concepts and integration with Cisco technologies is preferred.
